SAMU Bar Sushi & Hibachi was founded by Chef Ferry S Chow, who has over 10 years experience in cooking and serving people. SAMU is the third restaurant Chef Chow has developed. The first was WASABI Sushi Bar in downtown Little Rock, which has become a staple in the community it serves.

The next was Ninja Sushi Bar and Grill on Cantrell, and now SAMU which is Japanese Contemporary Restaurant serving only freshest and highest quality of ingredients to its customer.
